Terms & conditions:
- The rates are nett and subjected to change without prior
notice.
- Self drive: Rates are quoted cover a 24-hours rental
including maintenance charges
and excess hour is chargeable respectively as above.
Chauffer driven: Available based on daily hours of 0800-1600
which includes fuel, insurance and all maintenance charges and
chauffer services but excludes of food and lodgings for the
chauffer.
- Cash payment: All rentals are to be prepayment plus a
deposit as required.
Extension of rental: The rental charges shall continue until the
vehicle is returned.
- Delivery and collection: RM20 shall be charged for delivery
and collection within city. For rental outside this area, RM 80
shall be charged (outskirt : Rasa Ria Resort, Nexus Resort,
Shahbandar, Mimpian Jadi, Beringgis Resort, Kinarut area,
Langkah Syabas, Seaside Traveller, Summer Bay Resort, Borneo
Paradise).
- Parking fee and traffic fines: These are responsibilities of
the hirer.
- Insurance: Vehicle comprehensive all risk over. However, an
excess of RM2, 500 does apply for any accident. Personal
accident insurance cover can be arranged upon request by hirer.
- Payment by credit card is subjected 3 % surcharge.
